Chef Yoon
For over 45 years, Chef Yoon has been the soul of Hana Japan — an award-winning culinary visionary who took an unexpected journey from fine dining to the fiery world of teppanyaki. As an immigrant with big dreams and an even bigger passion for steak, he found his calling not in traditional kitchens, but around a sizzling grill.
Chef Yoon built Hana Japan with a simple but powerful vision: bring people together. Using only top-quality ingredients and an unwavering commitment to community, he created a space where families, friends, and food lovers could gather to share unforgettable meals and memories.
