As an immigrant with big dreams and an even bigger passion for steak, he found his calling not in traditional kitchens, but around a sizzling grill.

Chef Yoon built Hana Japan with a simple but powerful vision: bring people together. Using only top-quality ingredients and an unwavering commitment to community, he created a space where families, friends, and food lovers could gather to share unforgettable meals and memories.
